I am an influencer/blogger, does Muse & Maven do any sponsorships or collabs? At this time we don’t currently do any sponsorships or collabs. This is something we might be considering in the future. But we would love to see you in your new purchase so don't forget to tag us #musemavenbabe
Why was there was a discount code, now there isn’t? We reserve the right to terminate or modify and sale anytime without notice.
When will you be restocking the items that are sold out? As much as we would like to give a specific date to when a restock happens, we cannot. Best way to find out is to follow our Instagram where we post product updates (@musemavenboutique).
Why does my item look different than the photos online? Result of color or wear of item can be dependent on different things such as monitor resolution, camera settings, lighting and model wearing the item. We try our best to inform you of complete details of the clothing so that you have a clear vision on your new purchase.
SHIPPING
Is shipping Free? Idaho Locals use Local Delivery/Pickup option at checkout! $7.95 for Standard US Domestic orders! Shipping charges increase if expedited.
Do you offer International Shipping? At this time we do not offer international shipping but hope to in the future!
I never received my package what do I do? Sometimes packages can get lost in the mail, once it has been dropped off and in the hands of USPS we cannot assist. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, your order is subject to re-shipping charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the Return and Exchange policy?: Kindly Note : You have 21 days from stamped date to ship your items in original condition to:

Please include our packing slip and state reason for return. We offer in-store credit for returns and a full refund for defective items. Merchandise must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, and All Tags must be attached and there should be NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF WEAR – Example: makeup, deodorant stains, or any fragrance. If your recieved merchandise is damaged please email a photo to museandmavenboutique@gmail.com
HATS and ACCESSORIES are all FINAL SALE. Due to health and safety regulations , NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please note, any returns received that Do Not comply with our return policy will be shipped back.
